Yoga & Rejuvenation Retreat at Anne-Sophie and Alain's

At Mas Sainte Anne , we welcome you to retreats designed for small groups, created to slow down, learn about yourself, and rediscover your own rhythm. Yoga, rejuvenation, and wellness practices take their place in this old Catalan residence surrounded by its wooded park.

We personally oversee the welcome and prepare generous vegetarian meals on site. Each program is different, but all leave ample room for shared moments and time for oneself.
